Please pay close attention to our shipping policies, while we understand waiting can sometimes be tough we ask that you do not make a chargeback during this process as it will result into you not receiving your product and us fighting the case which you will still lose your money. Orders can be shipped Monday-Saturday as our shipping center is closed on sundays.

For Pre-made, we pride ourselves on offering fast and efficient shipping for our pre made items. Once your order is placed, we process and ship it as quickly as possible, ensuring it reaches you in a timely manner. Typically all pre-made orders are shipped within 1-2 business days so you can start enjoying your purchase without the wait. We know how important it is to receive your items quickly, and our team works hard to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery every time!
